As Vice President of Studio ONI Inc., she leads its Animation Division and works as a Producer, Lead Animator, Chief Animation Director and Assistant Director.
Her work spans some of the key stages of animation—from developing storyboards and directing animation to leading animators and bringing movement and visual effects to the screen.
And now, she brings that experience to the international jury of THE GIANT Hunt.
From Storyboards to Animation
For Supercell's official Brawl Stars animation, Kinosuke Rakuga served as Assistant Director, Storyboard Artist, Lead Animator and VFX Artist.
She has also worked on the Japanese traditional ink-painting animation connected to NHK's Taiga drama Brothers in Arms and the Graphinica music video Himitsu.
Across these projects, her roles have included storyboarding, lead animation and chief animation direction—work that takes a creative idea from planning to movement and, ultimately, to the screen.
