All content, including text, images, animations, videos, digital artworks, audio files, and other materials, is intended for personal and informational use only and not for commercial purposes. Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, displayed, sold, or otherwise exploited for commercial use. Eligibility for Application
The GIANT Hunt is open to individual participants worldwide under the following age categories:
- 10 to 15 years
- 16 to 24 years
- 25 years and above
Participants must register under the correct age category at the time of submission. Entries submitted under an incorrect category may be disqualified.
Participants aged 10-17 years must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before registering. Completion of registration shall be deemed as confirmation that such parental or guardian consent has been obtained.
Identity Verification (KYC) for Record Validation
After successful registration, participants may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process as part of audit procedures and Guinness World Records verification requirements. This may include submitting details of a valid identification document, such as a government-issued ID or an institutional ID (for example, school or college ID), including ID type and ID number, as requested.
Failure to provide accurate, valid, and verifiable identification information within the stipulated time may result in the participant being excluded from Guinness World Records evaluation and related verification processes, without affecting the general conduct of the contest.
Participation & Submission Guidelines
- Both black-and-white and colored artworks are permitted.
- All artworks must be original and hand-drawn, either through traditional physical methods (paper, pencil, ink, colors) or created using drawing tablets and stylus-based tools.
- AI-generated, AI-assisted, plagiarized, traced, or digitally automated artwork is not permitted.
- Completed artwork must be photographed or scanned clearly and uploaded through the official submission portal.
- The maximum file size allowed per submission is 10 MB.

- Each participant may submit only one final artwork.
- Participation in The GIANT Hunt requires payment of a registration fee.
- Entries must visually qualify as anime or manga style.
- Submissions that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or disqualified.
Originality & Ownership Declaration
By submitting an artwork, participants confirm that the submission is original, created solely by them, and has not been previously published or submitted to any other contest. Participants must hold full legal rights to the submitted artwork.
Work created under employment, institutional ownership, commission, or third-party assignment is not permitted unless the participant holds explicit rights to submit it.
Jury and Judging
All entries will be evaluated by a panel of jurors consisting of independent experts drawn from the anime and manga community, international anime club representatives, and industry professionals.
All decisions made by The GIANT Hunt jury are final and binding, and no correspondence regarding evaluation or results will be entertained.
Guinness World Record Certification
The GIANT Hunt is conducted as an official attempt to set a Guinness World Record. Registration alone does not guarantee inclusion in the final Guinness World Records count or certification. Only valid and verified artwork submissions that meet all contest rules and Guinness World Records verification requirements may be considered for evaluation by Guinness World Records.
Winner Verification & Prize Claim Requirements
To claim prizes, winners must submit proof of authorship as applicable: a complete screen recording for digital hand-drawn artworks or the original physical artwork for traditional hand-drawn entries.
All required materials must be submitted to Image Infotainment Limited, as instructed by the organiser.
If verification materials are not submitted on time, prizes may be forfeited without affecting contest results or the Guinness World Records attempt.
Prize Fullfilment
Prizes are subject to eligibility and regional feasibility. Image Infotainment Limited reserves the right to determine the mode of prize fulfilment, including the delivery of physical prizes or substitution with a monetary equivalent where physical fulfilment is not feasible. Higher prizes take precedence. Remaining prizes pass down by rank.
Where a prize is awarded as a monetary equivalent, the value shall be determined in Indian Rupees (INR). For winners outside India, the amount may be converted to the winner's registered local currency based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of payout.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or statutory charges shall be borne by the winner. Any bank charges or fees levied by the recipient's bank or intermediary financial institutions, if applicable, shall also be borne by the recipient.
Artwork Usage
By submitting an entry, participants grant Image Infotainment Limited and its associated partners an exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide licence in perpetuity to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit, display, and distribute the submitted artwork and its associated intellectual property rights (IPR) in any and all media or distribution methods, whether now known or developed in the future.
Participants agree that this licence includes the right for Image Infotainment Limited to promote its own brand, initiatives, and activities, and to make the submitted artwork available to other companies, organisations, or individuals who partner with Image Infotainment Limited for the purposes of syndication, broadcast, distribution, or publication across various media and services.
Participants acknowledge that no additional compensation or claim shall arise from the use of submitted artwork by Image Infotainment Limited or its partners for promotional, educational, archival, or contest-related purposes, as outlined above.
Notwithstanding the above, in the event that any submitted artwork is identified for further commercial development outside the scope of the contest and its related promotional activities, Image Infotainment Limited shall make reasonable efforts to reach out to the original creator to discuss appropriate credit, attribution, and any potential compensation, as may be mutually agreed upon, specific to such commercial development. Any such commercial development shall be subject to a separate agreement between Image Infotainment Limited and the creator, which may provide for shared ownership of the intellectual property and shall clearly define the scope of rights, usage, revenue sharing, and responsibilities of each party. Any such discussions or agreements shall apply only to the specific commercial development in question and shall not affect the licence granted for contest-related uses.
Similarity Disclaimer
Participants acknowledge that due to the volume of entries, similarities in themes, concepts, or visual elements may occur.
No claims shall arise from any such similarities between submissions.
